Pranayama for Mindful Eating

Join Dr. Sundar Balasubramanian for this ten week Zoom course to learn pranayama for mindful eating. This course will teach you how to regulate your hunger, eat healthier, and increase overall health and well-being.

This course will take place on Zoom on Sundays from 11:30-12:30pm EST. You will learn breathing practice, mindful techniques, and other tools to use everyday.

You will need access to Zoom to register. Recording will be available for these classes. Make sure you enter the correct email when you register or you will not receive a confirmation link.

The investment for this course is $30/per session which will be paid when registering. You can register for one or more classes at a time.
