Are you ready to learn pranayama (yogic breathing) or take your current practice to the next level? Dr. Sundar Balasubramanian is now offering one-on-one sessions to a limited number of individuals. Find time in your schedule to meet with a pioneer researcher and practitioner of pranayama. You can expect to: 1) Learn new breathing techniques specifically tailored to your needs 2) Improve your mental and physical well-being 3) Increase your energy and productivity 4) Get better sleep 5) Learn go-to techniques that you can integrate into your daily schedule 6) Increase mindfulness These practices can help with anything from anxiety to weight loss to maintaining sobriety.

Join Dr. Sundar Balasubramanian for Morning Pranayama weekdays from 5:30-6am on Zoom. Learn yogic breathing exercises from the pioneer pranayama researcher and practitioner, Dr. Balasubramanian. Pranayama For Mindful Eating

Pranayama for Mindful Eating is a 10-week program to improve your healthy eating using Pranayama. Our methods will help you to watch when, how, what and how much you eat, and help regulate hunger using breathing regulation. Our methods are in use for the past 4 years in national award-winning integrative health program Healthy Charleston Challenge. Watch your improvement in 10-weeks! Starts this weekend, on Sunday January 23, 2022. Weekly recordings, manual, and supporting materials will be available.
