Meeting Time: A consistent daily breath practice (Mon–Fri)
🕠 Morning — 5:30 AM ET
🕤 Evening — 9:30 PM ET
30-minute guided sessions
On rare occasions, the morning session may be offered as a scheduled guided practice using a prior recording to support continuity.
Recordings: 24‑hour access included.
Participation: Monthly (sliding scale). Registration and payment via Zoom + PayPal. Zoom access details sent after registration.
Please practice within your comfort level. This program supports well‑being and education and does not replace medical care.
Open to beginners & experienced practitioners.
